Miami Dolphins sign rookie long snapper Blake Ferguson

The Miami Dolphins have signed long snapper Blake Ferguson to a four-year deal, locking up the fourth member of the team’s 11 player draft class of 2020.

Ferguson, a former LSU standout the Dolphins selected in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL draft, will receive a contract that pays him nearly $3.5 million over a four year period, and likely received a signing bonus of $190,452.

Ferguson joins offensive guard Solomon Kindley, the former Georgia standout Miami selected in the fourth round, former North Carolina standout Jason Strowbridge, and former Boise State pass rusher Curtis Weaver as the four draftees Miami has signed.
