The Miami Hurricanes were Daughtry Richardson’s last official visit of his recruitment, but the trip wasn’t enough to land his commitment.
Richardson, a 6-foot-4, 285-pound offensive tackle out of Miami Central, chose the Seminoles over Miami in addition to several schools, including Arizona State, Kentucky and Missouri.
He took an official visit with Miami during the last weekend of June after visiting Kentucky, Florida State and Arizona State the previous three weekends after the NCAAA ended the recruiting dead period on June 1.
Both Rivals and 247Sports projected Richardson, who grew up in Tallahassee before moving to Miami, to commit to Florida State.
