ORLANDO, Fla. (May 16, 2019) - With the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup less than one month away, Brazilian Women’s National Team Head Coach Oswaldo Alvarez, better known as Vadão, has named the 23 players who will represent Brazil at this year’s marquee international tournament in France. Representing the Orlando Pride on the roster are defender Camila and six-time FIFA Women’s World Player of the Year, Marta.
Camila, 24, will play in her first Women’s World Cup this summer. The defender, who plays forward for the Pride, has appeared in 10 matches for the senior national team, scoring two goals in that span, both at the 2017 Tournament of Nations.
