The Orlando Magic will try to keep their unbeaten record intact without shooting guard and leading scorer Terrence Ross, who will miss Thursday night’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers because of what the team is calling right hamstring irritation.
Ross first experienced the hamstring issue during the second half of Tuesday’s victory against the Thunder in Oklahoma City. Ross left the game late in the third quarter but later returned and sank two jump shots to help Orlando pull away down the stretch.
The Magic likely will be cautious with Ross. Forward Aaron Gordon continues to work his way back from the hamstring injury he sustained during the NBA restart last season.
