At first glance, the Orlando Magic roster appears top-heavy with guards, all similar players with the ability to play the point or slash and create for themselves or teammates.
What the Magic do not have in that logjam of a backcourt is experience. With veteran point guard Markelle Fultz still not fully cleared for practice contact due to a torn ACL he suffered in January, Cole Anthony has the most experience.
Anthony, a second-year player who took on point guard responsibilities in Fultz’s absence last season, said feels like a veteran already.
