Turnovers haunted the Orlando Magic again in a 129-92 road loss to the Brooklyn Nets Thursday night at Amway Center.
Center Nikola Vucevic remained a consistent source of offense as the Magic (13-20), scoring 28 points and snagging 12 rebounds to keep Orlando competitive in the game.
But only three of his teammates finished with double-figure scoring — Michael Carter-Williams and Dwayne Bacon with 11 apiece and James Ennis with 15.
That wasn’t enough to hold off the potent Brooklyn (22-12) offense, which is ranked No. 2 in the league in scoring.
The Magic opened with a quick start, capitalizing on the Nets’ switch defense to open up pockets of space.
