Moise was the one member of UM’s 2020 recruiting class that was yet to sign his letter of intent with the Hurricanes by National Signing Day in February. His academic situation was the roadblock in him being unable to sign with Miami, according to a 247 Sports report at the time.
Moise initially committed to the Hurricanes on March 1, 2018 between his sophomore and junior seasons of high school. He was a Sun Sentinel All-County second-team selection as an offensive lineman as a sophomore.
Switching to defensive tackle as a junior, he was a first-team All-County choice after collecting 65 tackles, 22 tackles for loss and nine sacks in 2018.
