The city of Orlando and its soccer fans needed a win, and the Pride delivered.
In true Orlando City Soccer Club form, Jasmyne Spencer scored a stoppage-time goal to help the Pride (5-5-0, 15 points) remain undefeated at home with a 1-0 victory over the Houston Dash (2-6-1, 7 points) Wednesday night at Camping World Stadium.
"We talked tonight about — basically playing what Orlando Pride and Orlando City and this club stands for," Pride coach Tom Sermanni said. "I think the players did that tonight, and we even went a step further with a goal in the last minute.
