Kelly: Dolphins appear to have right pieces for 3-4 defense, now it’s on coaches to make it work | Commentary

Ever try to make a recipe without all the necessary ingredients, and there’s no time to go the market?

That is exactly the spot Miami Dolphins coach Brian Flores and his defensive coaches found themselves in during the 2019 season while trying to build a 3-4 hybrid defense in the image of the one Flores coached in New England without having the necessary pieces to make it work.
