MIAMI GARDENS — The Miami Dolphins will be without rookie safety Jevon Holland for their Saturday night preseason game vs. the Atlanta Falcons at Hard Rock Stadium.
Holland, who has been a preseason standout with four practice interceptions during training camp, was the biggest surprise among the Dolphins listed as not expected to play in the second of the team’s three preseason games.
Miami’s depleted receiving corps is down six wide receivers for Saturday. DeVante Parker, Will Fuller, Albert Wilson, Lynn Bowden, Preston Williams and Isaiah Ford are all out.
Neither Parker, Fuller, Wilson nor Ford participated in either joint practice with the Falcons.
