Injury report reveals nature of injuries for Dolphins receivers

MIAMI GARDENS — The first injury report NFL teams had to submit to the league revealed on Wednesday that it has been a shoulder injury that kept DeVante Parker from practicing most of training camp, and that Albert Wilson is nursing a quadriceps injury.

Parker, who has practiced sparingly in a red non-contact jersey since training camp, and Wilson each participated in Wednesday’s practice without limitations, which is a sign that they could be cleared to play in Sunday’s season-opener against the New England Patriots.

The injury report also revealed that Preston Williams, who suffered a left foot Lisfranc injury last November, still hasn’t made a full recovery from that injury.
