Gatorland and Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures are sponsoring a racecar in Saturday’s Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway.
The car, a Ford Mustang, has a reptilian look complete with bright green scales, menacing teeth and red eyes for the annual NASCAR event. It is the Live Fast Motorsports GatorCar, racing under the number 78. Its team is co-owned by Matt Tifft and driver B.J. McLeod, a native of Wauchula in Hardee County.
“We are pleased to partner once again with B.J. McLeod in the NASCAR Cup Series and introduce millions of families to Central Florida’s nature attractions,” said Margie Bryan, co-owner of Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures.
