Moore’s departure was first reported by 247Sports and later confirmed to the Orlando Sentinel by an FSU spokesman who said the graduate transfer from UCF was ‘no longer part of the program.’
The Sanford product announced his decision to transfer to FSU on Jan. 11 after four seasons at UCF where he accounted for 77 tackles and two interceptions in 26 games for the Knights.
Moore suffered an ACL injury in the second half of the 2019 season opener against Florida A&M on Aug. 29 and he was among a handful of UCF players who remained on campus during the summer despite the coronavirus pandemic to continue their rehabilitation work.
