With the high school season still scheduled to begin on November 30, preparations for the season preview are already well underway.
Last week I reached out to every coach in the state of Florida in my first attempt to find out where kids will be wrestling this season.
Despite the current situation for educators and students, I have already received 26 forms back and have been able to update the spot those kids have on the rankings.
For the rest, they will remain at their 2020 weight class until I learn otherwise. With virtually no offseason this summer, I am not about to guess as to which athletes grew - and which grew a lot.
