Welcome to the first set of rankings for the 2021-22 season. These are called the ‘way too early’ rankings because they are way too early to start considering for the upcoming season. But they are a starting point nonetheless.
A small update to the original release based on information provided me since that release. It caused some changes to 29 weight classes, with some of them also expanding to 15 or 20 wrestlers.
These are based on the 2020-21 season only at this point. After the season ends, I methodically go through the postseason results and put together these rankings while also starting to prep the season preview for the 2021-22 season where I have capsules for each team in the state.
