Edgewater head football coach Cameron Duke will miss Friday night’s game at Venice so he can be with his wife Caroline as the couple anticipates the birth of their first child.
Caroline was said to be doing well at about 3 p.m. and the birth could happen tonight, possibly even during the game.
Duke said he’s not concerned about not being with the team other than “I love this team and I love our guys.”
