Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard was named to his second Pro Bowl Monday evening courtesy of his nine interceptions so far season in 2020.
Howard, who was named to the Pro Bowl at the conclusion of the 2018 season, is viewed as one of the contenders for the Defensive Player of the Year honor. He’s the best player on one of the NFL’s top defenses.
Along with his nine interceptions, he’s contributed 45 tackles, forced one fumble, and broke up 17 passes this season while making a comeback from a season-ending left knee injury he suffered in 2019.
