A day after the 2020 NFL draft concluded, the Miami Dolphins signed veteran safety Kavon Frazier with what could be the team’s final open roster spot.
Miami drafted 11 players, including Texas safety Brandon Jones with the team’s third-round pick, and hours after the draft, the Dolphins agreed to terms with eight undrafted rookies.
That left one vacant spot on the 90-player training camp roster, which went to Frazier, a former Central Michigan standout the Cowboys drafted in the sixth round of the 2016 draft.
“I appreciate all the love and support through my years of wearing the star,” Frazier wrote on his Twitter account.
