Jabaal Sheard grew up rooting for the Miami Dolphins, and now the former Hollywood Hills High standout could finally get to play for his hometown team.
Sheard, who has contributed 406 tackles, 53 sacks and 14 forced fumbles in the 144 games he’s played for five NFL teams over the course of 10 seasons, was signed to the Dolphins’ practice squad on Wednesday.
He spent the 2020 season with the Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Giants, playing in one game for the Jaguars as a member of their practice squad, and nine games (with three starts) for the Giants.
