Dolphins sign former San Diego State standout quarterback to practice squad

The Miami Dolphins continue to makes changes to their quarterback room, releasing Jake Rudock to create a spot on the practice squad for former University of San Diego State standout Reid Sinnett.

This is the second change the Dolphins have made in as many weeks, following the release of Josh Rosen, who was cut after Miami failed to find a trade partner for the 2018 first round pick the Dolphins traded to acquire from Arizona during the 2019 NFL draft.

After releasing Rosen the Dolphins signed Rudock, who spent all of 2019 on Miami’s practice squad, but got cut at the start of training camp back in late July.
