Here’s the latest installment of our Miami Dolphins Q&A, where South Florida Sun Sentinel writers Safid Deen and Omar Kelly answer questions from readers.
It may be unlikely the Dolphins re-sign veteran quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick after his two seasons with the team, and that would be unfortunate for both parties involved.
Fitzpatrick became an integral part of Miami’s extensive rebuilding process under coach Brian Flores and general manager Chris Grier, and it would be great to have him see it through as Tua Tagovailoa’s (or Watson’s) backup.
The hard part in bringing Fitzpatrick back, however, is how the team proceeds to view Tagovailoa when he does struggle again during his second NFL season.
