A week after returning to the team that drafted him and then traded him to a division rival, the Miami Dolphins put Isaiah Ford back on their active roster Tuesday.
Miami elevated Ford up from the practice squad, signing the former Virginia Tech standout the Dolphins selected in the seventh round of the 2017 draft, to a contract that will allow him to finish the season with the team as Miami makes a push for a playoff spot.
It’s unclear if Ford signed a one- or two-year deal, which would carry him into the 2021 offseason.
