MIAMI GARDENS — Miami Dolphins coach Brian Flores reacted on Wednesday to an ESPN Tuesday report that he addressed the team saying quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is “our quarterback,” amid the swirling trade rumors involving Houston Texans star Deshaun Watson.
“I don’t get into conversations I have with the team, the players,” Flores said. “Those conversations are private. I think it’s just kind of common courtesy to keep those conversations between myself and the player or the team.
“I will say that Tua is our quarterback. I think he’s had a good training camp. I think he’s made a lot of progress.
