Cyle Larin and Will Johnson headline best Canadians of MLS for 2016

No, the Canadians aren’t taking over Central Florida but City have two of the best soccer studs our northern neighbors have to offer Major League Soccer.

Recently, mlssoccer.com ranked the league’s top ten Canadians of 2016. No surprises, Cyle Larin took the number one spot after following his Rookie of the Year 2015 campaign leading the Lions with 14 goals.

Joining Cyle is City newcomer, midfielder Will Johnson, who came in ranked at number 6 after a successful 2016 season with Toronto FC. Johnson’s play helped claim the 2016 edition of the Voyageurs Cup with a game winning goal for TFC and he appeared as a late substitute in MLS Cup.
