The sight of Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez in Central Florida may be a bittersweet one for Orlando City fans.
The Mexican superstar was in talks with MLS and Orlando City about joining the club last summer, but negotiations stalled and Chicharito ended up signing for Bayer Leverkusen in Germany.
The striker arrived in Orlando with Leverkusen for this month's Florida Cup as one of the top names in global soccer. Leverkusen will play Sunday against Colombia's Santa Fe and Wednesday against Brazilian side Internacional at ESPN's Wide World of Sports as part of the 10-day, nine-team tournament.
