The Timber Creek High School senior continued a stellar season by winning all four of his events in Saturday’s Class 4A District 4 track and field meet at Showalter Field. That included career-best times in all three of his individual races.
Exilhomme, who signed with Boston’s Northeast University in November, won the 110-meter high hurdles in 13.97 seconds, the 100-meter dash in 10.69, the 200 in 21.89 and also ran a leg on the Wolves’ victorious 4x100 relay to lead Timber Creek to the team title in the nine-team meet.
His hurdles and 100 double is rare because the events come one after the other with very little recovery time in between.
