Aurélien Collin says goodbye to Orlando City after trade to New York Red Bulls

Orlando City formally announced the trade of french defender Aurélien Collin to the New York Red Bulls Friday morning.

The Lions received a conditional fourth-round pick in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft. The trade also opened an international roster spot and cleared considerable cap space since Collin's salary was $500,000. Orlando City reportedly will need to absorb as much as half of his salary.

"I think it's his last day today," Orlando City coach Adrian Heath said. "He's been in there, and, as only Aurélien does, said goodbye to everybody in about five different languages.
