Orlando Pride captains Ashlyn Harris and Ali Krieger were left off the travel roster for the United States women’s national team ahead of the April international window.
Star striker Alex Morgan received a call-up to the roster, which will play Sweden in Stockholm April 10 and France in Le Havre April 13.
Although Krieger and Harris were allocated by the U.S. federation for 2021, both players have only been on the roster for two games in the last year. Both of those games took place in Orlando — Krieger played a full 90 minutes of a 6-0 win over Colombia, while Harris hasn’t played a match since before the pandemic began.
