The Italian midfielder has received heavy criticism for sub-par performances since joining the Lions from A.C. Milan in February.
The video, recorded by another fan, showed Nocerino surrounded by police as he exchanged words with supporters, who threw additional insults and expletives his way as he walked through the tunnel and into the locker room.
