Aaron Gordon looked more like his old self Thursday against the New York Knicks. He looked even better Friday against the Brooklyn Nets.
His elevated play certainly is a bonus for the Orlando Magic, who are happy to have him back in the lineup.
Gordon delivered a season-high 38 points that included a career-best seven 3-pointers during Friday’s 121-113 win over the Nets as the Magic snapped a nine-game losing streak.
After missing 15 games because of a sprained ankle, Gordon returned to the lineup March 12 as the Magic began the second half of their schedule in Miami.
