All 26 Major League Soccer teams will spread across warmer parts of the United States to prepare for the 2020 regular season, which kicks off Feb. 29.
The five Concacaf Champions League participants: Atlanta United, New York City FC, Montreal Impact, Seattle Sounders and Los Angeles FC will begin the preseason Jan. 11, while the rest of the league opens a week later on Jan. 18.
A majority of the clubs will head to either Florida, Texas, Arizona or California to play in preseason tournaments alongside other MLS sides and lower-level squads.
