Gibson learned from a pair of fine receivers, but now it’s his time and he’s looking to make the best of it. The 6-foot-4, 180-pound receiver wants to make a name for himself, but the recruiting process hasn’t exactly gone as well as he had wished.
Nonetheless, he is hoping a great junior year will thrust him into the spotlight and he’s excited about his opportunities.
“I feel like maybe I was a little bit under-rated playing behind my friend J.C. my sophomore year, and then Darrell my freshman year, so I didn’t really have a chance to like show my true talent, but I understand what it is,” Gibson said.
