The Oregon State Beavers men's basketball team held media day on Wednesday as players and coaches spoke with reporters ahead of the 2017-18 season.

Following a 5-27 record last year that redshirt sophomore forward Tres Tinkle called "a big embarrassment," the Beavers enter the new season healthy and stocked with plenty of optimism.

In the video below, Tinkle discusses the Beavers' trip to Spain and improved team chemistry, his return from injury, which player has improved the most and why OSU is headed for a "very fun season."

Now with a full group of scholarship players back, the Beavers added a freshman class that includes four-star guard Ethan Thompson, four-star forward Alfred Hollins and top rated Oregon high schooler Zach Reichle, along with UMass graduate transfer forward Seth Berger.
