News from Oregon State’s practice on Monday was mostly of the negative variety. Jonathan Smith announced that Tuli Wily-Matagi has retired from football for personal reasons. Tuli ends his career having played in 22 games and catching six passes for 54 yards. He also threw a 26-yard touchdown pass against Cal (pictured).
