The Oregon State Beavers have the Pac-12 Conference's No. 10 recruiting class, but the collection of talent took a big hit Friday.
Less than 24 hours after picking up an offer from California, El Camino College wide receiver Trevon Clark announced his decommitment on social media (cleaned up for grammar).
"I decommitted from Oregon State," he wrote. "Thank you to all the coaches for recruiting me and showing great love. I made my decision way too early. Please respect my decision. Thank you for your time, and with that being said I am reopening my recruitment."
The 6-foot-4, 180-pound pass-catcher originally committed to the Beavers in June, but has seen his stock skyrocket over the past few months.
