Many of the country's top amateur and college golfers will be in Oregon this week to compete in the 49th Pacific Coast Amateur at Eugene Country Club.
The 72-hole stroke-play tournament, considered one of the more prestigious amateur events on the West Coast, runs Tuesday through Friday.
Eugene Country Club, which will host the NCAA Men's Championships in 2016, is one of the University of Oregon's home courses, and the Ducks will be amply represented, with sophomore Aaron Wise, junior Thomas Lim, senior Zach Foushee, junior Sulman Raza and senior Brandon McIver in the field.
