Tinkle burns Bulldogs for career-high 31 points

Box Score CORVALLIS, Ore. – Sophomore forward Tres Tinkle scored a career-high 31 points but the Oregon State men's basketball team fell 63-58 to Fresno State before a crowd of 5,005 at Gill Coliseum.

Tinkle had 16 points in the first half and 15 in the second in eclipsing his former career high of 26, set on Nov. 13 in a 72-64 victory over Texas-San Antonio. He was 8 of 15 from the field with two 3-pointers, drained 13 of 15 free throws and added 10 rebounds for his third double-double this season and the fourth of his career.
