CORVALLIS – Oregon State senior Don Tchilao received major recognition Monday, as he was named College Soccer News National Player of the Week.
Tchilao scored the game-winning goal in both of Oregon State's victories this week, finding the net in the first half vs. San Diego State and providing an overtime winner in Sunday's 4-3 thriller over UCLA. The forward also tallied a pair of assists against the Bruins.
Overall, Tchilao has seven goals and seven assists on the season, placing him second in the Pac-12 in points with 21. The senior speech communication major was an All-Pac-12 Preseason selection this year, and was honored as Pac-12 Player of the Week on Sept.
