CORVALLIS — As practice began last Thursday afternoon, Sydney Wiese was across the parking lot at the Samaritan Sports Medicine Center getting another checkup on her broken right hand.
And was cleared.
"I was like, 'Praise God,'" Wiese said, "and then I sprinted back, got my practice gear on and went straight to practice."
After missing eight games, Oregon State has officially welcomed back its All-Pac-12 point guard, with Wiese returning to game action in the Beavers' wins at Utah and Colorado last weekend. And it's an obvious boost for the No.
