CORVALLIS, Ore. – Steven Kwan has been named the Pac-12 Conference's Player of the Week on Monday, a day after finishing a four-game stretch that saw him going 12-for-18.
Kwan helped pace the Beavers to a 3-1 week, with a win over Portland two over Arizona State. He opened the stretch by tying the Oregon State single-game record with five hits versus the Pilots. He led off the game with a home run, tripled twice and singled twice.
The junior followed that up with a hit in the opener versus ASU, then back-to-back three-hit games to close out the series.
