Eric Schueffner has been hired as a new assistant coach for the Oregon State track & field program. He will specialize in sprints, hurdles, relays and jumps.
Schueffner comes to OSU after spending the past five seasons with the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater track and field and cross country programs. He was named associate head coach following the 2014-15 season.
“Eric is the perfect hire for our program,” OSU coach Kelly Sullivan said. “He has a wealth of experience and has had tremendous success in almost every event area in track and field.
“He’s spent time in the Northwest, so he knows our region and understands the Pacific-12 Conference.
