SPOKANE, Wash. – The Oregon State Track and Field team capped its second day in Spokane, Wash. with a win in the 400 meters as well as seven top-10 finishes in Friday's combined WSU Open and Invitational.
"We carried over the momentum we had yesterday into today," said assistant coach Pete Herber. "We had some nice PR's and an event champion on the track this afternoon. Everyone is competing hard in their races. We had some athletes that are running for the first time on a banked track and I think they handled it well.
