Oregon State running back Ryan Nall and linebacker Manase Hungalu are the Beavers' spring captains, coach Gary Andersen told The Oregonian/OregonLive this week.
Nall and Hungalu are arguably OSU's top returning players in 2017. Nall compiled 951 rushing yards on 147 carries (6.5 yards per carry) with 15 total touchdowns in 10 games as a sophomore last season. Hungalu, meanwhile, totaled 83 tackles, three fumble recoveries, one interception, four pass breakups and three quarterback hurries as a junior.
Nall and Hungalu head the Beavers' spring leadership committee, which includes the following members:

OSU went 4-8 in 2016 but finished the season with two consecutive wins, including its first Civil War victory since 2007.
