The Oregon State Beavers football program is in the market for a second quarterback in the class of 2018, and have centered that search on Arizona Western College quarterback Jack Colletto.
Set to announce his decision Friday afternoon, the 6-foot-3, 200-pound dual-threat passer is down to a final two of Oregon State and Vanderbilt, and has recently taken official visits to both campuses.
While Colletto was a productive back-up quarterback at Arizona Western College this season, he emerged as a potential prospect in his senior season at Camas High School (Washington).
In his final prep year, Colletto led his team to a state title and earned the Washington Gatorade Player of the Year, passing for 2,846 yards and 27 touchdowns with an additional 1,253 yards and 21 scores on the ground.
