Play Suspended At Southwestern Invitational

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. – The second round of the Southwestern Invitational was suspended due to darkness on Monday.

After a two-hour frost delay, the Beavers shot a 15-over 303 in the morning round and were 14 over midway through the second round before the horn sounded.

Play will resume at 8 a.m. on Tuesday with the 15 teams concluding the second round and immediately beginning the third and final round in the same groups.

Junior Trevor Yu and sophomore Kyosuke Hara led Oregon State in the first round with a 2-over 74 at the par-72, 6,992-yard North Ranch Country Club.
