Oregon's top 10 defensive backs: 2016 high school football preview

Adams figures as one of the top athletes going into the Three Rivers League season. Adams was first team all-league on both sides of the ball in 2015, at safety on defense and quarterback on offense. The 6-foot, 175-pound senior has college offers from Portland State, Hawaii and Montana State.

Molden figures on the shortest of lists for 6A defensive player of the year candidates. Molden is the only returning player in 6A who was first team all-state on both sides of the ball, at cornerback and running back. The son of former Oregon Duck great Alex Molden, the 5-10, 180-pound senior is probably the state's hottest recruit in what is a deep pool of Oregon talent for the Class of 2017.
