Oregon State put on a show in Corvallis this morning. The Golden Lions of Arkansas-Pine Bluff were never in this one. After the team traded a series field goals to start the game 4-4, Oregon State did not allow APB to score again in the first quarter. During that time the Beavers, led by Destiny Slocum, dropped 22 points on the Golden Lions, taking a 26-4 into the first break.
The game never got closer than that. The score was 48-10 at halftime. The Golden Lions managed to put a bit of offense on the court in the second half, while still being completely unable to stop the Beavers.
