The struggles of the Oregon State Women’s Basketball team continued Thursday night, as the Beavers fell to the Arizona State Sun Devils 75-73 in what should have been a very winnable game. The loss extends the Beaver losing streak to 9, and drops them to 11-17 overall, and 3-14 in the Pac-12. Arizona State improves to 8-18 overall, and picks up its first conference win to move to 1-16 in Pac-12 play.
Oregon State leapt out to an early lead in the first quarter, with strong performances from Jelena Mitrovic and Bendu Yeaney giving the Beavs a six point, 19-13 lead after one.
