After finishing the regular season with a 9-4 record, the Oregon State men’s soccer team earned a birth in the 2021 NCAA Tournament on Monday.
The Beavers received an at-large bid to the condensed field of 36 teams and will square off with Virginia Tech in their first game. It is just the fifth appearance of all-time for Oregon State, but yet the second in the last three seasons under the guidance of head coach Terry Boss.
As for their chances to advance in the field, Oregon State a remarkable 7-1 at home this season, with their lone loss coming to then-ranked #4 Washington back on March 24th, but not so great away from Corvallis.
