Today marks the first day junior college athletes and early enrolling high school students can sign National Letters of Intent and sign non-bonding financial aid agreements. This mid-year signing period is a bigger deal for Oregon State than most schools as they have heavily focused on rebuilding around junior college athletes who can contribute immediately.
